New Year's Resolutions are the worst. Except, I kind of love them! It's a new year full of new chances, and a bunch of people are trying new things!! I thrive off of change and mixing things up, so you can see how I would enjoy it more than the average person. But just a simple and sweet reminder to you amongst your new diets and self-promises, take a breath. Don't just jump in with 6 new resolutions. Sick with one thing and do that one thing well until it becomes a habit and a part of you. THEN move on and try another thing. Spend this new year making small habits that stick.
